Anyone done this before? I have to give a jizz sample in a couple weeks, which they apparently analyze and determine if my sperm is desirable or not - what should I do to prepare and make my little guys most desirable? Don't drink booze or smoke weed, I assume. Eat lots of protein? Lift and stuff - what else?

times are that hard? also, what you did in the last three months will have an effect on your sperm. so if you drank heavy two months ago, it will effect what you jizz in a month. takes 3 months for sperm to mature.

Nope, has nothing to do with times being hard or the $ - just something I wanna do!
Though what you're saying about the 3 months makes me nervous that I won't get approved - I can think of several drank too heavy nights within the past couple months :(

it doesn't necessarily mean it will be bad just that its possible. more likely if you are a regular drinker/drug user.

On a serious note - do they screen for gayness? I would imagine some parents may be concerned about that (even if gayness is not passable to kids).

The way laws are getting so fucked, I would be concerned about paying child support sometime in the future...
