Only problem with CB is when they pull your offer for too many refunds.

Personally I wouldn't pay too much for a particular domain in this niche. In fact, I would say I would look for a free to reg domain, as I'm sure you'll find one good enough.

Also, I don't know what the renewal fees on .coach are, but that could be another negative.

(1) the sex industry is down.

(2) domains are illiquid.

(3) anything non dot com is even more illiquid.

I think it may be worth it if you can re-sell it.

But you could end up buying it and finding no one is interested and in the end you end up selling it for next to nothing.

you can always buy a shitty cookie cutter paysite design and fill it with cheap over used content and make bank by cross selling

Considering the increasing irrelevance of domain names I wouldn't bother.

I guess it is worth more than reg fee due to "sex", but it will probably not be as practical as having a really cool brandable name that stands out in searches.

Personally, I find it hard to invest resources and put them behind those new tld's just yet. Not that you may not want to grap the name and hold it till things become a little clearer on the matter.
But if you are making a large investment in time and resources, don't chance the TLD holding you back.

But I do agree the soft porn names seem to be where it is at now-a-days.
I'm holding a dozen or so 'soft names' in .com but special niches.
