George Hofstetter, a fifteen year old African-American tech entrepreneur, designed the app â??CopStop!â?? to â??help eliminate feelings of danger, anxiety and inequality brought on when interacting with law enforcement.â?� Heâ??s part of Oaklandâ??s big tech boom, which has been working to promote inclusion and diversity within the industryâ??s local talent pool.
