Looking to start a list website for a different niche..

What theme are they all using..

Ive seem about 7 sites using the same layout with a colour varient..

Not sure of the theme but it would not be that hard to do a straight static page like that.

If it is a WP theme it is GPL - As it's one page it just makes it easier.....

Yeah, don't forget to copy the css too otherwise your formatting will look wonky like.

Things start getting complicated with the css for WP and GPL - It's a very grey area...

There are many shades of grey.

you can do that easily yourself with bootstrap, jquery and masonry and integrate it in wp with a bit of skill and trial and error method
