I love large open pools. Unfortunately they are useless in my place - too cold ( All pools here are indoor ones with permanently working climate control systems. You can't simple switch it on or off at will when it's -30C° outside... So the electricity bills are serious.

I've been down for a few months... that surgery really beat me down in every way, emotionally, financially, physically. much more than torn rotator cuff repair. basically my arm was reattached to my shoulder with 3 screws set in to the bone and the 4 ripped ligaments attached, then a torn bicep reattached, 2.5 hours, then like 5 min dicking around with the rotator cuff bullshit. I'll hit you up on the phone this week :thumbsup
