England has found a cure to cancer

Scientists 'find cancer's Achilles heel' - BBC News

It'll get banned if it's any good

We can only hope so....

I was always skeptical about cancer cures. I certainly hope they find a cure, but if they did, would they actually release it? Think of how much money big corporations would lose if they were to find a cure. We're talking TRILLIONS of dollars. Not millions or even billions, but TRILLIONS!

Disease is one unfortunate condition society will be forced to accept long after all of us, and our children are gone. For one, the money. Second, global overpopulation like a mother fucker. Ever see the movie Elysium? That's not science fiction, it's a precognition flick.

A few thoughts.

1. Lets hope this mean no more cruel experiments on animals.

2. Is there any point giving money to cancer charities now they found a cure.

3. Will people smoke more as cancer may not now be a problem.

4. Is this not the story of 'Resident Evil'.

From the article - "But the personalised method, reported in Science journal, would be expensive and has not yet been tried in patients."

In other words, poor people will still die of cancer. If this turns out to work, 90% of the population probably won't be able to afford it.

In England we will have the NHS so we will get it free.

Bit late for me, still great news.
