In tried to shoot a sista' yesterday.... total cunt form the moment she walked until, I kicked her the fuck out. she tried to control EVERY aspect of production stalled for about an hour fucking with her nasty hair and MU... then I asked her to put her phone down so I could start shooting, her answer: NO. that was the end. wasted about 3 hours of my and my asst time, no production that day = (this is for you guys that live with their moms, or in your shitty car and talk mad shit here at GFY about giving away free shit to losers) no fucking money for the day.

The amusing thing about excuses like that "no one wants to hire me because I'm black" is that first, she ignores the fact that you hired her and two, people will bend over backwards for value and pay more for it. She earned that day what she is worth, just like anyone else in the workforce. Just as there is no such thing as pay inequality for women. Women work less. Women spend less time on education, women are generally less focused on excelling at work and more focused on being mothers (which is great) and less time working until 1 am at the office, or on the road wtc.

What I don't like about people like black monkey is that everything, every wrong, every failure etc assumes "it's not my fault". You can't improve anything which you don't accept responsibility for. His way of thinking is insanely toxic, hence the black on black genocide going on in every major inner city.

This is something which someone who has only been an unskilled/low skilled employee and never a successful employer would say.

holy shit.... the thought process of some black people in the US is seriously fucked. I have met alot of black people from alot of countries who are, as unbelievable as it may sound to the usual racists like brasshat, normal functioning human beings without having to play the race card every time. It doesnt even comes up in them, others or me.

We are all talking and joking around on the same level. Normal to all of us, why look so much at race? But to some african americans this is somehow impossible.

Excuses, whether legitimate or not, never matter at the end of the day. They do not change things. You can cry all day that daddy beat you, that mommy never loved you, that society looks at you funny because you limp on your left side, that you were denied that great job because you were pregnant... but when all is said and done, you are still sitting there crying and have accomplished nothing.

I am sure I speak for most the people on this board who feel violated that one of our own has been subjected to numerous micro aggressions and made to feel frustrated and unsafe by an intolerant and racist colleague. Next time you might want to prepare a list of your triggers and any other language or behaviors which make you feel unsafe and threatened. Make sure all potentially threatening people are given this list a few days before your meeting. Also perhaps you could designate a safe zone somewhere at your house or whatever location you use. Make sure it is clearly marked with appropriate signage. Also there are some hotlines you can call if you are made to feel this way just in case you are economically oppressed and cannot afford an on-call crisis counselor.
