Chocolate Ball Dessert (vid)

So I've started a bakery and chocolates will be a side gig. This was my first attempt at the Chocolate Ball Dessert. It's something that I have been wanting to make for awhile.

Has anyone ever had one of these?

Thanks! It's turning out to be quite a gig. My grandfather was a famous baker... So it's in the blood.

When I first envisioned this bakery the hardest thing I found was naming the place. Then it dawned on me. I named it after my grandfather. I wish he was here to see me work.
