Ohio GOP using confusing ballot to stop Trump

Why are there two places to vote for GOP candidates when this is a winner take all state? Because the Ohio Secretary of State will determine who someone "voted for", throwing the election to Kasich? Why do the Democrats only have one one section to select from? I find it very interesting that none of the official offices in Ohio will respond to questions about this.

The GOP is going to be lucky if they don't piss-off enough of their members to turn out in November no matter who they put in place.

Here are the ugly details on the ballot issue.
