I am not a vegan, nor a vegetarian, but actually I take attention to what meat I eat and consume not that much meat. But what I eat is usually from reliable source.

You can all laugh on vegans and badmouth them [sometimes vegans are really annoying and I can easily imagine I am annoying with all this I post now too..] but they are doing good to this Planet and as I family man / Psyhead I support this. I rather have 10 vegan friends who are criticizing what and how I eat, than to have one 'carnivore' friend who brags about how much meat he eats.

If you know at least a Little on the meat-industry, you care about this topic too..
