Would you want a craigslist filter that notifies you on certain items or listings?
 

Yesterday I wrote a program that gets craigslist job postings, because I'm remote they can be from anywhere and thus I can quickly filter them for relevance for a gig. Raw SQL queries are all I need to view.

I just want to know if there would be any interest for a desktop app that allows filtering and effective search and additionally can send notifications if new relevant listings are made, summaries etc.

It's something I would love to build a front end client to.

I know there are a few programs out there, thoughts?

Yeah, I'd love to share something that helps people out. Just the data and plain filters are a huge time saver.

LOL well I'm not a hater. It's different when it comes to business or a good idea i have no problems giving credit to anyone.

Hey would love it but not for job's for something else that I would talk to you about private I would love to beta test it as well man.
