Is there a way to choose which scripts to run while rendering a web page?

Instead to switch off javascript completely is there a way to switch them off separately?

Googled but nothing usable

adblockplus.org stops 100 .js that are ad related ...
Not sure what you are trying to stop loading -- you could add your own custom filters. <specific .js>

Adblock is a good idea! The page I am trying to fix loads shitload of scripts, both inline and external ones. I'll be first switching off external ones with adblock and then dive into template if needed (hope not, it's a mess)

Thank you for your reply
