"Authorities in North Carolina are considering whether to press charges against GOP presidential front-runner Donald Trump after a protester was assaulted during one of his rallies in Fayetteville, according to WRAL.com.

The Cumberland County sheriff?s office, while conducting an investigation into the sucker-punch and alleged threats against the protester, went over the speech that Trump gave during the rally ?with a fine-tooth comb,? WRAL reporter Gilbert Baez told MSNBC News.

?During their analysis of that speech, there were several instances where Trump made comments that incited the folks to continue the violent acts during that rally,? Baez said."

Accordingly, we will not be seeking a warrant or indictment against Mr. Trump or his campaign for these offenses.

While other aspects of our investigation are continuing, the investigation with regard to Mr. Trump and his campaign has been concluded, and no charges are anticipated."

Mr. Trump,

I try my hardest not to be political. I’ve refused to interview several of your fellow candidates. I didn’t want to risk any personal goodwill by appearing to take sides in a contentious election. I thought: ‘Maybe the timing is not right.’ But I realize now that there is no correct time to oppose violence and prejudice. The time is always now. I’ve watched you joyfully encourage violence, and promise to ‘pay the legal fees’ of those who commit violence on your behalf. I’ve watched you advocate the use of torture and the murder of terrorists’ families. I’ve watched you gleefully tell stories of executing Muslims with bullets dipped in pig blood. I’ve watched you compare refugees to ‘snakes,’ and claim that ‘Islam hates us.’

I am a journalist, Mr. Trump. And over the last two years I have conducted extensive interviews with hundreds of Muslims, chosen at random, on the streets of Iran, Iraq, and Pakistan. Donald Trump constantly talks about protestors throwing punches and starting violence, when we all know his rabid, mouth-breathing supporters are the ones doing the roughing up.

Did you know that almost everything that comes out of Trump's mouth is a lie? He'll lie against video evidence. He's a sociopath.

To be honest, when Trump saw someone storming the stage at him. It looked like he was about to go after the guy himself. He kind of stomped that way. He was not about to be scared off.
