lastminutetravel.com took money from my Credit Card

so I booked a room yesterday, they cancelled my reservation, I said ok , from pending charges it will go back to my account, and today I see they took the money!

called them and they said is a BANK issue to give me the money back?

stay away from that fucking website :mad:

They did this for an international trip for me last year and getting them to refund the charge was a nightmare.

I don't believe they did anything wrong? I'm sure when you booked the room they authorized and charged your card. Now that you cancelled the reservation they issued a refund and your bank takes up to a week to actually receive and process it.

This is pretty much standard with any company that processes credit cards.
