The courts can do anything they want in child custody cases it is nothing like criminal courts . The judges have the freedom freedom make the most insane decisions. When they make a horrible decision the satanic goat fucker judge with either say "I just followed the law" and other times they will say "it is in the best interests of the child". Here is a case where every human being on planet earth who is not a judge will say "leave the little girl who has lived with an amazing family for the last 4 years with that family because it is the best interests of the child" while the satanic goat fucker judge says "I just followed the law".

I repeat: the judges constantly claim they do things "out of the best interests of the child". You can find outrageous decision after outrageous decision where the satanic goat fucker judge claims "best interests" but in this case they say "we just followed the law".

Congratulations tax paying/voting turds. Here is just another example of blatant child abuse. Have fun rationalizing this case in your pea brains while a little girl's world is DESTROYED and the lives of hundreds of people in her community are also devastated. What is holding reform of child custody is the fact the family court system is a cash cow so most attorneys in the system quietly shake their heads while earning obscene amounts of money.
