I hear ya man but it's just a website. LOL In fact, "tube paysites" sounds like your average everyday paysite but with a tube-like Tour to me. So...no big whoop?

Yeah me too. Everyone has some "big idea" that will change the Industry yet....I see no totally new-looking (as in never-before-seen) websites either in design or content. Sure some niche sites continue to surprise me but I don't see any game changers out there. I think people have just gotten paranoid as the Industry has shrunk, that's all.

It's silly. Someone with resources (and not that much really) can duplicate just about anything oalready ut there anyway so post some links. LOL

As examples those sites have alot of friction from first page to actual signup when you click on video thumb you are taken to page where there are more thumbs and a small link to either login or signup to view video. I suspect the conversions are horrible on that site.

this site below would be a good example of catching the impulse of a surfer wanting to see a specific video and having an easy flow to pay for it quickly and view it.

Latinafucktour converts at 1:495 and africanblacklesbians at 1:618. Way better than "established" sites in the same niches.
However since we're always looking to improve signup ratios, the design for these sites will be changed to a more modern flow with on tour ctr tracking, etc. like this site: http://africancasting.com/
that converts 1:175.
But that's not a mechbunny tour. Hence I didn't list it before.
Even on africancasting there is room for improvement, join form on the video page, etc. Working on it. :)

cartoontube doesn't use MechBunny.
If any tube-style tour will do, there are 100s. But none of them are mechbunny tours. For a number of reasons a better setup is to use mechbunny in the members area and something else (custom) for the tour area.
Because nobody wants to deal with criticism. ;)

Out of curiosity, why the interest in (mechbunny) tube tours?

I'm looking to develop some myself and just getting ideas as to how others set theirs up

Cool, will you script this yourself to count impressions, clicks on thumbs or modding mechbunny? Or just a static tour?
