ClickPapa always pays for real traffic.
But we have zero tolerance against cheaters and always roll back the advertiser spending when a publisher don't get paid. When we identify bot traffic we always have a good faith and give enough proof to isolate the problem, because sometimes a site's trade partners are the cheater, in that case we only deduct the refunded money for the invalidated traffic and the actual publisher get paid, usually in that case they only complains about discrepancy but the account managers always give them a deep insight whats wrong with their traffic. I don't say that our anti fraud system doesn't have enough room for improvement but we have a strict schedule to keep and we progress with more and more metrics to keep the traffic quality one of the best in the industry.
