Requirements:

- being part of the community (you have to know paysite owners or representatives);
- big desire to work and focus on quality product creation.

You will travel to major industry shows in US and EU with all paid expenses.

Вебмастер, который реально хорошо разбирается в адалт бизе, имеющий в нем многолетний опыт и, соответственно, серьезные знакомства, запросто поднимет *надцать сайтов, которые будут приносить ему гораздо больше 2k на автопилоте ежемесячно. Я сейчас говорю о старичках-профессионалах. Кончено же есть молодые звездаболы, у которых хорошо подвешен язык, но это единственне их достоинство. Работать в сети такие не умеют, а вот потрещать с кем-то на пати - запросто.

Я это к тому, что не найдешь ты подходящего человека по обоим критериям. Старожилы индустрии легко поднимут эти деньги на своих собственных сетках, но никогда не захотят поднимать свою попу со стула, чтобы ездить на всякие там вебмастерские пати, тем более в межатлантические с длительными перелетами. Молодежь же полетит куда угодно и заговорит зубы тоже кому угодно, но в плане практической работы (управления проектом вроде твоего сайнбакса) они совершенно бесполезны, ибо не знают самых основ биза.

Вот такой вот расклад, бро. Без обид. Написал, как есть - нельзя скрещивать бананы с телевизорами и 2к это реально не деньги для ветерана индустрии. Для мальчика на побегушках - запросто, но точно не для тех, кто знаком с изнанкой всей этой системы с фактического момента ее основания. Плюс командировки на вебмастерские тусы в вегасы и праги - то, что хорошо молодому и безмозглому, плохо немолодому человеку с опытом. Это точно должны быть совершенно два разных человека IMHO.
