Not justified. Clearly the guy is a fucking idiot, but the cop could have shown a little bit more restraint. The guy didn't look like a threat to me.

Maybe you just can't hear him, but it sounds like the cop doesn't say a word to him. If he didn't he should have at least yelled at him to get back in his car. If they guy kept coming or didn't listen, then taze him.

He's lucky he was white; pretty stupid to charge a cop aggressively. Cop was justified, no reason to wait for contact
