Too big to copy and paste. What it clearly states is illegal and uncontrolled immigrants depress wages for the lowest paid. So already on a low wage, they're made poorer. The country benefits by lower costs in shops, restaurants etc. But lose in social security, law enforcement, justice, education, healthcare etc. As we know they do send money home which means it leaves the host countries economy. What is amazing is they'll lock someone up for years for being a sex worker or smoking marijuana or growing small amounts of marijuana, or gambling small amounts, but of the millions of undocumented workers in the country there has been just one large scale enforcement. Half of small construction employees are illegal workers. Many many firms have been destroyed because they cannot pay taxes, fees, and legal wages and compete.
