I have always been called 'slow'... :( Ever since the doctor dropped me in the delivery room...

Me too. When my mom gave birth to me at her Sr. Prom, they didn't think I would survive since I was in the toilet for over 12 hours. But I defied the odds.

I wouldn't say it's slower than usual here, might be on certain times though.

A new site script that auto senses the users IQ and adjusts speed to correspond with that number was recently added.

This issue is very strange as it affects only part of the people.

And again - some people said yes and some said no.

This is the thord thread that I see on this topic and again - some people agree and some do not.
It is very strange. And based on the posters it does not seem to be country related issue (eg. loads fast in some and not so much in others).
