Fear The Walking Dead - Meh
Not digging this show. I saw the six episode first season and thought it was too....I don't know, contrived? Boring? I was hoping this new season things would turn around but...the whole thing takes place on a boat? Too Gilligan's Island meets the zombies.
And Talking Dead SUCKS now that I don't give a flying fart. STFU Chris Hard Dick, trying to make this mess seem important. Make The Walking Dead a proper 24 episodes and you wouldn't need to try and expand the franchise with this inferior crapola. Thoughts? |
UhhhhhhhhhhhhGreed.
I think watching the 40 second bits during TWD commercials was better. I had it on in the background tonight and it was OK, but nothing forced me to really pay attention to it. In fact, I have no idea wtf happened - so I guess I really didn't pay attention to it at all. |

Yeah, meh. The main characters aren't very likable. The first mini-season already played out the initial outbreak, so now it just feels like a West Coast version of TWD.

I was thinking about watching this, but I think I'll pass
|
I tried watching it, I just wanted zombies to kill all the annoying humans, no one is likable
|
I think they have a micro budget for this show, and they saved a ton of money by keeping the story mainly on the beach and in a boat. It has to be dirt cheap for those locations. No city shooting, etc.
It's a very different show than TWD, but it's missing something. The characters don't bother me too much, but they don't exactly pop off the screen for me. |
The main character, the Mayor, is a lame ass.
His kids are annoying. His wife is hot and fierce so that means she's toast soon. Meh. |
Going to watch it tonight.
I'm getting pissed off with a lot of American series, that seem tobe written by computers. Love scene that has no point. Family drama that has no point. Drama that has no point. Characters who are thin and stereotyped. Scripts that seem so similar episode after episode you know what's coming. Then series that again are stereotyped, no ugly people except for the one in a wheelchair of midget, great looking leading man, women who jump into bed with him, solving crimes in 40 minutes, minimum poor people and real life unless the loser loses. And so on. American Crime, was good. Billions is good but still stereotyped. Where are the writers for The Shield, The Wire, Breaking Bad, Broadwalk Empire? |

I guess the US Gov't doesn't want anything BUT violence shown so as to desensitize the American populace towards war. Sick if you ask me, and people eat that shit up. Sick. |
Well it may not be anywhere near as good as TWD, but it is something to pass the time as we wait for Oct return of TWD!!!

However, people being savagely killed, beheaded, having their skulls split open. That's OK. What pisses me off is the comedy shows where men are always clowns and the women the bright ones. We all know in the real world it's the other way around. :1orglaugh |

But yes, in commercials (especially) and on comedies the man is an idiot and the woman is the smart one. This is to keep the chicks, the ones who control their men's purse strings, happy. |
I watched FTWD and it's not so bad. It illustrates the difference required to survive in a world where there is no Government to protect us, no supermarkets to feed us and an enemy at our door.
Soon the liberals get themselves and others killed, before the strong and violent takeover. Does anyone watch The Island by Bear Grylls? |
Let's sit around and waste our time watching TV. Then lets sit around and waste more time complaining about the tv show.

But I also cannot understand how anyone can watch someone else play a video game so what do I know? |
Just capitalizing on "walking dead" brand :)
