I don't know which Boris are you talking about. So what exactly should I see on that video? A couple of men (obviously deadly drunk) are drying to attack police patrol and on of them was shot. (as we can see it on video) but the attacker has no weapon (I haven't noticed it in his arms). So that cop is doomed now anyways. Now what will happen ho him in the States in a similar case? A new rank and a medal? Think about it, pigshit.
P.S. Use Google Translate to read Russian comments under that video. Everybody said: the cop was right and all that drunk aggressive scum has to be just eliminated.
