i understood that everyone expecting 99.99% uptime from host but shit happens guys, i don't know about your experience with amerinoc but i can't count how many times they helped me with issues on my sites and that was beyond their service and i'm a cheap bitch paying pennies for hosting.. in other words i do like them and i have huge credit of trust with them, hope they will fix issue fast.

One thing is for sure, when shit like this happens, many many customers leave and never return.

I've given Phatservers the benefit of the doubt many times as the longer you are in bizz, you realize it just can happen, but not communicating at all is a big no-no.

Comments like "they are fixing it" is not true, unless they are manually copying each file from a to b which keeps their hands tied.

A "network outage", what does that even mean? I Googled it and seems there's plenty explanations. Which is it?

Would a host with thousands/millions of customers have these issues? Any of these big hosts exist?

Yeah, but the thing is.... those are all up and running in minutes after.

I just had 20 hours downtime and lost money!!! Every host has issues, I get that, but it's how you handle it that matters in the end. As a customer for 15 years, as someone who has recommended and defended them, their lack of communication pisses me the fuck off. There was zero mother fucking communication and their handling of the issue pretty much destroyed their reputation. It's their lack of communication that pisses me off :mad::mad::mad:

So pay what they pay and you are good. If you are not paying the premium $$ don't expect premium service. Reality check.
