Looking for the best places to send PR to in the industry but have never done so before. Does anyone have maybe a list that they've used in the past for such a thing?

Depending on who do you target, if webmasters then it makes sense to submit to some other still active resources also.

There are resources that are actually still frequented by webmasters, saw the views gradually increasing over time, and also new affiliate sign ups.
