What are the Fee's on Payoneer?
 

I would like to receive a payout from a US Company (CCBill) to my Payoneer account. They will recognize it as a domestic wire transfer. So the outcoming fee will be 15 $. But what is the fee on Payoneer while receiving the wire?(I mean incoming wire transfer fee)

Also I would like to know is there a monthly fee on payoneer account?
And what are fee's while withdrawing to a bank account from my payoneer account?
Also what elses?

I am only used to $5 immediate load fee, and $1 monthly maintenance. Withdrawing to bank account has not been an option on my account. I got the Card 8 years ago for a fee if I recall, and a couple of card renewals thereafter with no fee.

ATM withdrawals in the US are about $7. Haven't tried in Prague, yet. Will next week!

No, there is no any monthly fees. They charges only, when you withdraw money to your local bank.

Here is what reason I don't use payonner.

1) Ad network cut my balance when they sent money to payonner, may be payonner charges them, and they charges us.
2) When you withdrawl your money to localbank, then they will charge some 5$ or 15$, and then charges another 2 or 3%

Better to ask them directly, If I got $500, then how much I will get in my bank account, that's it.

I am US based, and my account doesn't have the option to withdraw to Bank.

I can only use my card, at an ATM. (Or POS, or on-line shopping).

This is now tough for me because I am in Prague for 3 months, and ATM cash exchange rates are approaching 10%.

ATM withdrawal in Prague cost $3.16USD.

I always get a $1 monthly maintenance fee.
