MEN: How Many Pairs of Pants (trousers)do you wear in an average working week?

I only like to wear my jeans although I have another pair of proper pants I do like to wear.
My favourite jeans I normally wear all week or perhaps 2..

MiamiBoyz 04-29-2016 04:53 PM

Depends on how many times I pass out and shit myself but I am usually good with 1 pair a week as long as I change my underwear a couple of times.

Now socks on the other hand...

CaptainHowdy 04-29-2016 05:08 PM

Just one (unless I shit myself like MiamiBoyz) ...

brassmonkey 04-29-2016 05:18 PM

Only a couple pair

onwebcam 04-29-2016 10:01 PM

I change clothes generally twice a day and wash clothes usually once a week so I'd say at least 14 but I've never actually counted.

klinton 04-29-2016 11:42 PM

you ask strange questions, do you want to kidnap someone of us or do you work for government ?

Sednub997 04-29-2016 11:50 PM

2 pqir of jeans + one old pair of pants

MrBottomTooth 04-29-2016 11:51 PM

Why wouldn't you change your clothes once a day? Unless you're not leaving your house. I have to shower once a day so seems logical to change clothes at the same time.

JFK 04-30-2016 12:59 AM

Twice a week, unless it gets dirty for some reason, like the dog jumping on me :Oh crap:1orglaugh

CurrentlySober 04-30-2016 01:34 AM

Well I shit myself AT LEAST daily, and have been wearing the same jeans since before Xmas...

Why waste the gooey goodness? Besides, I'd need a hammer and chisel to get them off me anyway...

Sednub997 04-30-2016 02:17 PM

2-3 pairs a week

Rochard 05-01-2016 03:17 PM

I don't wear pants. I work from home and live in California so.. I rarely rarely wear pants. Mostly only at shows.

Even when winter hits here I'll still be wearing shorts.

Like he said, I live in San Diego so we mostly wear shorts, or boxers because I work from home. Unless I go to downtown or hiking I put pants on..:2 cents:

I can't believe so many people don't change their clothes every day.

mineistaken 05-02-2016 04:36 PM

I like to rotate 2 on average. If it get stained maybe 3. Maybe sometimes only 1, but very rarely, I like to vary my outfits a little bit.

What, you was every peace of clothing after half day use? Sounds ridiculously stupid and also resource wasting. Not talking about your money, but in general sense of wasting water etc.

Why would you need to change it after showering, how does that even relate? Are you that smelly or dirty that your clothes smell after a day of wear? Because mine still smells of washing powder even after couple or 3 days of use. Not even a bad smell after 5 days of use or so.

Oh yeah, sweat pants at home after dinner etc as well. Every time. If not - then surely those pants would get stained more quickly than only using them for going out of your house. Not to mention how uncomfortable those would be in comparison to sweat pants for hanging around the house.

Every one I know changes their clothes every day. The people that wore the same clothes more than one day were usually poor and thought of as dirty in public school. In summer too I can't see someone wanting to wear the same clothes more than one day. If it's 30 degrees out you're going to be sweaty. How does it relate to showering? Well obviously once you clean up in a shower why would you want to put clothes back on that you were sweating in the previous day? And please don't try to accuse me of being dirty when you just said you wear the same clothes for 5 days in a row.

That was my point - my clothes still smell absolutely fresh after 3 days of use. So I was curious if you were more dirtier than me that your clothes somehow are no longer usable after one day of use. I am genuinely not seeing how they could not be fresh after a day of use. Not talking about hot days or those who work active work etc, but just about normal circumstances such as office work.

Important note: these are the clothes I go out with, when at home I take them off and slip on into comfortable sweatpants etc. So they get extra life due to that, I can see them going bad if I hung out around the house in them.

The only thing I wear twice a week is my pajamas. I have baby wipes with me at all times and change underwear after each poop. I wash my hands about ehh every hour or so. I can't wear same socks once I take them off. I trim my nails every 3 days. Go figure.
I shave once every two weeks because I have "baby butt" skin. Same reason why I have baby wipes. 7-11 TP gives me extreme ass burn. :Oh crap
Oh, was this thing about wearing trousers? Depending on weather. This is my favorite shop for pants - Guayabera - Linen Pants - Beach Wedding Shirts | Cubavera

Yep, but I actually do shit though. Work on my own cars, bike, boat not to mention I own a restaurant equipment business and hands on there as well. I can't even look at a piece of equipment without getting dirty.

Getfifi Robert 05-03-2016 06:32 AM

I would live in jogging pants if I could get away with it.

J. Falcon 05-04-2016 05:51 AM

LetterTwenty7 05-04-2016 06:06 AM

I wear jeans Monday-Friday, and then jeans Saturday-Sunday. Oh wait, so 1 pair.
