Lensman isnt paying? Adult.com in trouble?
Lensman,
From: Lensman To: Rob Mac Cc: [email protected] Sent: Wednesday, January 15, 2003 7:04 PM Subject: RE: cheques No problem, we'll get you covered. Consoles don't work with our program, we have to work harder than ever to turn a buck. They've always been against the program rules, but if a guy converted, we really didn't care. So if you could take us off your consoles, I'd have Josh make sure you're paid. On the Ibill thing, did you email them? They issue the checks. Regards, Lens Payment has not arrived. Date : 26th March 2001 I've been contacting you and your company re various payment issues since August 2001, and have received less than a 100% payment result over this period. You have the numbers, payment is due and now is the time to finalise the outstanding payments. Lensman wrote .. Re the exit consoles, Lensmans program (per click program) attempted to cut my payment for allegedly breaking the rules -- however, via e-mail we discussed that i have sent traffic from the last console program (exit consoles) over a long period of time to the program/s in question -- i stated that if they "now had a problem, they should have contacted me within a reasonable amount of time, not weeks/months after the fact responding only to my missing check enquiries. Lensman replied with the below e-mail (previous post) acknowledgeing our understanding. He expressed he wanted to dis-continue my exit console links (which i did), and promised "Josh would make sure I was paid (note : payment hasn't arrived, approx 2.5 months later) ............................ DEBT RECOVERY When payment is due or promised in this industry; in most cases a 2 week waiting period is sufficient. If you have not received payment within this time, you must contact the person or company. If they do not offer a reasonable explanation and in a reasonable amount of time, you most likely have a problem. Be dilligent with your follow up process and allow for reasonable response times which will give you the best chance of collecting the money. If you leave it too long, often the "persons memory conveniently fades and they begin to blame hate or criticise you or your company, regardless of the factual evidence. This is their mental fuel to avoid payment and their moral obligation. People do this more so in this industry because re-course is difficult due to geographic circumstances. Some people would rather keep debt recovery in-house, which may mean accepting the loss. This way they dont hang out their dirty laundry in public, which is good business practise. Sayings apply such as : "look at the big picture" and "dont sweat the small stuff". However, if you want a result, you have to do something about it. My experience has been that when all communication efforts have been exhausted, message boards are the next most effective way to recover your money. ............................ Note : I've contacted Lensman and Hoax notifieing them of the hahahahahahaha posts. Their e-mail responses to the missing check queries are taking far too long to reply; they've been vague and drawn out. Perhaps they prefer to deal publicly. i just find it odd that he agreed to pay then did not

A great way to settle business issues is to publicly slander the other party on his own forum.

Actually, from this post it looks like they bent over backwards for you.
Nice going. |

People don't relize that guys like lensman pibcash ars topbucks are so FUCKING big that they get 1000's of emails problaly daily. If you were to run a webmaster program and got 1000's of emails daily then try to market your product build this build that working with this person working with that person YOU WILL FIND there is NOT enough time in a day/month to respond to, HELP everyone with a complaint. It may take a week two three etc... just to get a reply and going to a public board about this will only piss people off, make it longer to get paid and just all around is wrong. NOW IF you have been OUT RIGHT SCAMMED then yea let everyone know, but you even admitted you broke the rules, at least he and his company is willing to deal with you. GO break a ARS rule just ONE see what happens! This is just my :2 cents: Good luck TOM |
You shouldn't do this.

Smooth move cowboy!:thumbsup |
dailydirt, if someone has a problem with me, let THEM post. We don't deal with third parties.
Rob Mac majorly broke our rules, but we're taking care of him, as I said in your quote. "Adult.com in trouble?" because some guy who majorly broke our rules is having a hard time getting a couple of hundred bucks? Your topic is more than misleading, it's slander, be happy if the only thing we do is ban you. |
