Uncut but wish I had been when I was tiny. In the UK, its not a cultural thing / norm to circumcise, but as 20 something I suffered from hypersensitivity and phimosis. Eventually I got around it with stretching but even now at nearly 50, its still not 100% as it should be.

The reason I didn't choose to have it done as a young adult was the hypersensitivity issue. However all problems would have never existed had I been cut at birth like most Americans are :(
