producer Mike Adriano looking for someone to run his sites
Hi this is Mike Adriano.
I'm looking to partner up with someone whose expertise is running and bringing traffic to new pay sites. My content has proven to sell well at evil angel and bangbros. Gamma is currently running my site but I'd like to open a new anal site and run everything in house myself this time. I don't want to bring my content to any existing network or affiliate program like Gamma. I want the member's money to come to my pockets directly. I want to start with one site and build more as we go along. I produce top selling content so I'm looking to partner up with someone very qualified who knows what he's doing. I got a partnership offer from someone already but it didn't work out. The problem is most qualified webmasters/web managers are already hired. The ones left over are not likely to be the most efficient and experienced, even if they sound like it. That is why we are willing to offer a percentage of the venture/company to make it more appealing. The company would consist of 3 partners: myself, a director and we're looking for that 3rd person to monetize the content online. We will be taking care of content production so we need a 3rd partner to manage the web aspect and generate traffic. We would like to start with 1 site and create others as soon as possible. I would only be interested in talking to people who have done actual work that I can see somewhere. Please email [email protected] if interested. Thank you Mike Adriano |
sounds very good

Talk to Kenny of Kenny's Pennies here. He may be interested in a 1/3 split.
For me it would be more like 50% since "monetizing the content" is the whole point. In other words, as you now know yourself, you can have the best content in the world but without traffic it's like having a fantastic Ferrari - stuck in the garage. Best of luck in finding someone. Your content is top quality! :) |
Sounds like a legit deal for someone. Bump for you.
|
Bump. Dude you are my idol.
Have one of the sites in your network specialize in 4 chicks on one cock. All the videos you've made like that are incredible. |
I know what you mean but I'm ambitious so my goal is to open several sites over the course of time. It will get to a point where I won't be able to produce/direct it all myself. I will then need to rely on someone I trust to help me keep up with production and maintain the same quality, brand and style. This is why I need to give my guy some %. It's too rare to find people who are on the same page as you these days, so I need to keep him around.
If you can, please ask this Kenny to email me if he's interested. Thanks |

And that's where this industry went anal retentive. Demanding the same split, prices, support, from people who had something worth selling as those offering shit to sell. You could make more if you went 25% of $10,000 than 50% of $1,000. |
Hey Mike! Dropped you an email ;)

What has always confused me is this industries model of paying rev share to producers. It can only be favoured if the publishing company can't afford to buy, or the offer price is pitiful.
It leaves producers with less to invest in new shoots relying on monthly incomes that can't be calculated and less to live on. And open for shaving tactics. With traffic, it's the obvious model. But with content, the buyer should know what it's worth and be able to buy a licence outright. Then have no problems calculating monthly payments, making them and not open to the accusation of shaving. It also means they don't have to pay more over a long stretch of time and own the licence outright, so not risking the producer pulling the plug. Unless of course they don't have the money to do that and have to squeeze out monthly payments. Which they can vary month to month. |
