I had a question 2 weeks ago, and used the Message option from within my account. Got a reply very fast.

Yeah, no contact on Skype for 10+ days

The worst support ever...

I've had a problem for a month. Was told it was taken care of and they closed my ticket. A month later it still isn't taken care and nobody will respond to me. :(

If company sucks and only a few people are the only good people and the company as a whole sucks RUN as they can be gone one day due to death, illness or another job.

Last week I was out of the office on Tuesday and Wednesday for a medical procedure, but I returned to regular business on Thursday. I was on Skype as well, and I don't see any missed messages from last week..
