WTS my GIF creation service Giffio - Create GIF from video online!
Website creates HTML5 video/GIFs from xhamster, pornhub and redtube videos. Just fill in forms here Giffio - Create GIF from video online! (URL, Title and time range (30 sec max)) and it will create something like Jessica Gold gets creampie GIF
Video on this page is linked to the source video so you will make money on sending traffic to tube sites and also there is a "wait to be redirected page" which shows popunder if surfer clicks on "continue" link.
I've used this website to submit links to reddit, some tumblr blogs, forums etc. but now have no time to do so, that's why it gets ~3-5k hits daily and gives almost no income.

Oh, almost forgot. It doesn't copy whole video on server to cut. It cuts "remotely" and copies only small selected time rage. Then converts it to GIF.
So everything works pretty fast and won't eat all your bandwidth.

Update on the site giffio.com that I purchased from AdultSiteSkins.
