I gave you the answer. Ask the provider for as new SIM card. This is common.

Paul, how can I ask for a new SIM card if I am currently not in Czech Republic? It's impossible.

I had similar problem, resolved it by taking provider where you renew sim card online by paying over paypal.

It doesn't take my Paxum/Payoneer, unless somebody else can pay and I will pay him 200% extra of the amount paid which is about 8USD :)

Where are you? Tescos are pretty wide spread.
