How to win an election

So long as the candidates tell you what you want to hear. You'll follow like sheep to the slaughter house.

  1. Sell the sizzle not the steak
  2. The average voter has an IQ of 85 - 110 -- KISS (Keep it simple stupid)
  • Cut taxes to the bone
  • Build a border wall
  • Ban Muslims
Sound familiar?
  • Free everything if you vote for me
  • Tax the rich -- make them pay for us
Sound familiar?

And it works, since majority of people are not rich, they love the idea of leeching off of the quality people. That is why various leftist leechparties are so popular in the world - masses want to leech, do nothing and get benefits.

Cherry pick much?

Why would someone vote for a candidate that says things they don't want to hear?

That's how votes are decided. Which candidate resonates. Resonate.

Well building a wall is figure of speech to me, main point is to stop illegals (= criminals). Which is a great thing so nothing to critique.
Ban muslims - not a correct term, he said something about TEMP ban until they find a way to verify them. Again - smart thinking (besides how do you know if one is muslim, well just look at the names/faces and be correct most of the time).
So nothing else to critique, thus not much cherry picking.

Knowing that right wing is for quality people where everyone gets what he/she earns and left wing is for leechers that want to get "redistributions" from their betters has nothing to do with conservatism. It has everything to do with common sense.

Even with an IQ of 85 it's clear to see how fucked up those promises are.

Cut taxes, raise debt.
Build a wall, with what money?
Ban Muslims, impossible.

Free everything, raise taxes or debt.
Tax the rich. On this one, we need to rethink how taxes are collected. Tax Havens are places for the rich to earn money in the West and not contribute. The myth that they create jobs, in the West, is only believed by those with an IQ of 50. On this Trump is right.

I would tell my daughter that Father Xmas only gave presents to good girls. She wanted to hear that. It resonated. Once she turned 8 she knew it was BS.

The problem with those of a low IQ is they believe the crap these guys tells us.

At the moment, we have the UK IN camp telling people that are being made poorer by the EU, that it will get worse if the UK leaves. Better for the people spewing this crap, but not for the majority.

Everyone would love to win the lottery.

The problem now is more complex. Decent jobs are decreasing by the day, population increasing by the day. So for many there's no alternative but benefits or flipping burgers.

Are you happy that Major Companies you spend money with are happy the top brass can send all the profits to the Caymans leaving you having to pay the taxes or the interest on the debt?

This worked so well in the 1970s. This was before big business moved so many jobs to the Third World.

At the present rate, the Leeches and more generous might outnumber the people with a job who can stand on their own.

Then what?

Just tell everyone you are gonna cut immigration to the tens of thousands when you have absolutely zero intention of doing it. Worked in the UK
