The Ali G Show was originally a British production and featured British interviewees including politicians / etc in the first season, not Americans. Stupid fucknut.

i posted it in reply to Markham's suggesting Brits don't fall for Ali g schtick, you know, because legit people never dress that way and brits aren't as stupid and egotistical as Americans.

Markham said that if you see a TV interviewer dressed like that (and asking questions like that) you could guess that he is a prankster.

You replied that there are chavs who dress like that. The point is that those chavs are not TV interviewers. No real TV interviewer dresses like that unless he is a prankster. That was Markham's point. So your reply that there are chavs taht dresses like that was 100% irrelevant to the point Paul was making.

I am saying that this was a bad reply/example because that dude absolutely understood that ali g was taking a piss. He was playing it cool by staying "serious" etc, that does not mean he did not understand what was on.
