I know quite a bit about steroids/hgh. you have to manage it, both mentally and physically. Precise doses and cycles.

If you over do it you will get short term gains and destroy your body.

I own gyms used by pro's and wanna-be pro's. So easy to recognize the guys over doing it.

sorry, I would like to add, that steroids/hgh/whatever are available and encouraged at the top MMA training camps. That is why most of these camps are located outside the USA.
