Hillary email server admin's attornies state he "has reasonable fear of prosecution".

Pagliano, who worked on Clinton?s 2008 presidential campaign before setting up the server in her New York home in 2009, stated his intention to the court last week to decline to answer questions.

Sullivan on Friday postponed Pagliano?s deposition and directed both sides by June 13 to address the legal authority for his constitutional claim.

Pagliano?s attorneys Tuesday said case law establishes such a right for people not named in civil lawsuits but who face a ?reasonable fear of prosecution.?

He's trying to dodge and deflect the quote by the server guy's legal team that prosecutions are a very real possible outcome of the FBI criminal investigation of hillary

Bryan Pagliano has been pleading the 5th since September 2015. You really need to dig deeper than what's presented to you.

Do you know why the person in charge of administrating the server storing government communications would plead the fifth? Because no matter what, he is responsible.

Its empowering to be proactive instead of reactive. Proactive gives you reactions based on knowledge. Reactive is based on emotion created by consuming what propaganda you're fed.

It would be very rewarding to see her criminal activity prosecuted and her put in jail. She broke the law and should be punished for it. She would throw anyone under the bus to avoid prosecution and could care less. She's a spiteful bitch and deserves time in the pokey.

You want me to dig deeper on Hillary?

Sure thing. There's plenty there, just like the lawyers comments today that you handwaved off because youre not grasping the issue of limited protection for pagliano.

A lot of serious soul food in that movie.

Once again we have "has reasonable fear of prosecution" VS Scammer investigated by 2 different states. :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh
Guess who's empty wagon rattle the loudest?

I've never once compared Trump to Hillary in a which is worse way. I don't cast a vote for the better of the lesser of two Potus candidates, I'm thinking I'll scratch in **********s name if Sanders is not the nom. I certainly won't vote for Trump or Hillary

Dude educate yourself, or minimally, research what I'm about to tell you:

Bryan Pagliano was a schedule C government employee. Schedule C's can only report to a PAS. In his case the PAS was Senator Patrick Kennedy. He worked at the IRM bureau where he was supervised daily and assigned to setup the Clinton sever.

OMG soooooo nefarious and under the table lol

A government IT employee setting up the Secretary of States email server.

Whoever Pagliano was working for is responsible (Not Kennedy). Unless you want to claim he was some sort of rogue employee at this point. Which is quite the farcical point of view.

dyna mo 06-07-2016 06:31 PM

You can run around wildly exclaiming this is about me being ignorant all you want but the simple fact is that today pagliano's legal team stated otr they have a reasonable fear of prosecution.

None of which has literally nothing to do with your needing to exclaim nI'm uneducated re: matters to which I speak. In fact, I suggest you're quite obtuse to reality to think that, let alone think it's a valid point.

I just told you he worked for the IRM bureau and reported to Senator Kennedy. Bureau of Information Resource Management

Google it. He didn't work for Clinton, or report to her, and he is responsible for how he setup the server, nobody else.

IRM bureau does this:

"The information requirements of the President, the Secretary of State, the Department and its overseas missions, as well as 40 other U.S. agencies in U.S. diplomatic missions overseas, drive the operations of IRM. "

Rogue employee ;)

1 year for each email containing information that could jeapordize the country's safety would be suitable.

An IRM government employee, under the supervision of Senator Kennedy, installed the server. Grow up.

Supreme liberal lynch mob grand dragon, please let me know how many murders and rapes Trump has been prosecuted for and I'll start an approved Trump attack thread.

The FBI doesn't investigate red light runners.

Rochard 06-07-2016 08:51 PM

Of course this guy has "“reasonable fear of prosecution". He's being questioned by the FBI. Anyone being questioned by the FBI has a "“reasonable fear of prosecution". That's called common sense.

Still not seeing where the problem is. She might have sent classified information via email. There is no law that says one cannot send classified information via email. Oh, someone will try to argue her email wasn't secure, but to date we have no proof it wasn't hacked, and it was more secure than the White House email was (which was hacked). This was a standard practice at the State Department; She wasn't the first one to do this.

In the event they charge her with anything it will be minor.

I'm sorry, but this disgusting at this point. The Secretary Of State was doing her job. In the mean time we have hundreds of FBI agents working on this. Combined with the ten other investigations - all of which turned up nothing - this is a massive waste of time, effort, money, and resources.
