Trump told reporter Samantha Gunthri today that his tweet congratulating himself on being right about Muslims terrorism was in response to tens of thousands of tweets today congratulating him.

They've just reported on the news that his Twitter history shows FOUR tweets of congratulations in the last 24 hours.

Do not take it word by word, it does not have to have actual word "congratulations" in it, maybe many people tweeted something like "you were right" or "we need you" etc.
Of course tens of thousands may be just a figure of speech.

Search his Twitter yourself, go look! Just don't count anything after 3 hours ago, the time of the broadcast.

He pretty much lies every time he speaks. I heard him yesterday say "Hilary wants to take your guns" and about 3 other lies within a few seconds. It doesn't matter because his waterheaded followers live in a world where fact checking doesn't exist.
