Rare Domains: Sex.Exchange/Porn.Exchange
Sex.Exchange/Porn.Exchange
When it comes to Internet domains, Sex and Porn are about as big as it gets. Sex.com sold for $12 million and Porn.com around $9.5 million, together over $20 million. Sales like this are amazing, but made at full retail value with virtually no upside for the buyer! The vast majority of today's Internet traffic comes through search engines, and about 2/3 of that comes through Google. Why? Google and others have invaded the URL bar, converting typo’s to search—which they are happy to correct for users. Search engines don’t care about “.com” endings—and you can be sure they will remain unbiased now that that Google and others are selling domains! Want proof? Search Google for the fictitious company “Hooli,” a site recently launched by the HBO series “Silicon Valley.” You will see Hooli.xyz ranked— that's an “.Xyz” domain!— #1, above 500,000 relevant pages, including Cnet and Wikipedia. Click Appeal— While search engines may present a selection of websites, it’s still up users to click through. What your site needs is “click appeal,” the right name and the right description to pique the interest of potential visitors-- and when visitors click through, having a ".com" ending is a non-issue. Big Upside—Sex.Exchange and Porn.Exchange, if launched with the vigor as other ranked sites, are sure to be valued into seven figures. What’s more, an “exchange” may have wholesale revenue potential as well. Asking $150,000 for both, $89,000 each. Must Sell, so act fast. Will consider partnering. I love it when sellers trying to sell a potential, not actually a solid stable something.

The year was 1995.....
All you did was send in an email and a .com domain was yours-- for FREE-- until late that year. Then, you were billed $100 each, by postal mail! Porn.com was secured on 19-aug-1995. Yeah, look it up. Value? $100. Potential value? Well, you know the rest of this story. Look, 98% of these new domains are just identities and worthless for anything commercial. That's why most investors ignored the release. Only a few extensions, like .events, .store, .shop and .exchange, have real build-value and huge upsides. There have already been non-dot com sales in the tens of thousands. A few into six-figures. This is real; growing, but still early. Which is when you want to get in. Yet, not everyone is going to get this.... Just like 1995, the year I first secured domains. It's just too bad my target list didn't include porn.com! |

Thank you guys! Nice to know the little people gather together to welcome new ideas.
Which way to Emerald City! |
Go fuck yourself Softline, you know and I know that those domains are worth at most $20 together. You know your domain names with no content and SEO are ZERO, yes ZERO. If you want to get more than $150k for both, first build something there and get results, and then sell them.

Nice to go from "retard" to $20,000 is just 24 hours! At that rate, these domains will be a bargain is 30 days!
Okay, smart ass, how do you explain that fact that hooli.xyz's has a #1 Google ranking above 498,000 pages if SEO is "zero?" No, make that "ZERO!" Google can't both sell domains of all stripes and then discriminate against all but .com domains. Can't happen. Is NOT happening. So, really!? Explain hooli, SEO SPECIALIST. To see this yourself, place just "hooli" (no quotes or .xyz extension) into the Google bar. #1 ranking! It's a new world. |
