CCBILL stats messed up for you too?
 

Showing zero hits and very low sales here.

For a Wednesday in June? Seriously?

They're supposed to count hits on a Wednesday in June, too :)

How long have you been in the industry, and in what capacity?

While June is usually a bad month this year it is ONLY bad with ccbill for us. 0 rebills and 0 sales with few hits showing. Rebills that have been long standing. I wish companies would stop using ccbill.

Sales but no hits! A drop in hits does not look nice in Nifty..

Their skimming programs have not yet been readjusted for summer sales. They skim so much that when sales really dip, you get no sales at all.

After they adjust their program, a few sales will trickle in. Give it a day or two.

Something is wrong. I didn't want to panic again, but it was days from my last sale.Nifty stats showing 0 clicks for days. Most of sites I am promoting are with ccbill.

I know that something is wrong as long as I am getting sales on Verotel and rebills there. (only few sites to promote compared to hundreds on CCbill)

I spoke to them yesterday, they started investigating, they haven't got back yet

Absolute garbage. Traffic has nearly doubled and sales have tanked. Could it be this new 1% CB ratio for EU customers kicking in in July?

Ask PaulK to remove his finger from the skimmer button. All will be fine then for 3 or 4 days. They need to send good sales to the high CB accounts so things balance... duh

Same issues here. I'm not sure what their story will be but I imagine it'll be nothing is wrong here or it will be quite the tale...
If you have any spanking sites let me know. We promote one through Verotel that does well. Retention going on 3 years with a couple of members. My next paysite will be through verotel for one of the billing slots.

Yeah this worries me too. I am about to call my CCBill Rep and ask WTF is going on. Sales are down 50% at least for this week (June overall is down around 12%).

The worst part? I've almost doubled traffic in the last two months. LOL Traffic goes UP and sales go DOWN. Explanation anyone?

Will give you explanation if you explain us how you doubled traffic? While this all is happening, google took me nice % of traffic, starting somewhere on 15th last month

I don't play the SEO game so basically I doubled my tube upload efforts, created some new free sites and some dormant affiliates started promoting my sites again. So you would think sales would go, you know, UP. LOL

No hits showing in Nifty since Wednesday.

Why not making a more moderns stats? Now, it's slow, confusing and old. There is no overview for where the sales are coming from. You have to click on every individual sale to see this. :2 cents:

Just ask your CCBill sponsor to use Sliiing as affiliate program enhancer for better stats :-) Same CCBill links, CCBill still pays you. Just better -and much quicker!- stats.

Nifty showed last days sales-minus. Just.

Now sales and rebills disappeared as well. All of them. Checked one year back.

Yeah. No hits and no sales in the Transactions report now. (The sales are there in the Flexstats though.)

It'd be nice to get a CCBILL rep here...

Unusual bombardment of "cancellation emails". Most with "to slow to download files". weird

CCBILL doesn't have an effect on download speeds though? It depends on your server only.

Or could it be another problem and they're just choosing that reason because they cannot enter their own reason?

All stats have vanished now, probably it's because they are in the middle of fixing the clicks reporting

There was an issue with the Telia network that connects Europe to the US and other places last week. This affected my sites loading extremely slowly (or not at all in some places) which resulted in 50% less sales for several days. It was fixed last week but there may still be some issues in some places. This could be a reason?

I think the new hits are being counted and appear now. The missing ones from the last few days haven't appeared.

That sounds like a plausible explanation for the "too slow to download files" cancellations indeed.
