Have anyone tried to start webcam site?

Those who tried already know it is really hard to get Models and Customers online at the same time. Models don't want to stay online if they don't see customers coming in and customers would not stay on the website if they don't see models online - that is biggest problem of starting webcam site.

But we have a solution! in our turnkey webcam chat software we could supply models for an easy startup! Models are not loaded with other websites your traffic and customers would NOT leave your website, all payments from customers would be made on your website and you would receive money. All models would be presented with your website design and branding.

Even if you have your own models working on a website we could help with traffic and we could fill the time when you have traffic but getting nobody online.

We can also build professional, modern, responsive and independent webcam site for an affordable budget! I have 12+ years of software development in webcam business and working with the team of professional software engineers!

Any questions? Want to see examples of our work? see my contact information in signature!

girls want traffic, more % and do not like to manage many accounts. if they are on 1-2 cma sites they would not like to switch to a third one unless they drop one.

Starting your own webcam company is radically different than sharing profits and getting lower returns by renting one out.

The biggest problem helping several companies starting is not models or traffic it's management who didn't do their homework to realize the costs and time required to do a proper cam site much less research it to the point of getting the necessary software and backend in place. To those I do recommend letting professionals do the work and take a smaller cut

Hi Dmitry,

There's more to it than that.

First, we have had this feature for years now - we call it MBASE, for "Model Database". Essentially, it lets you add models from other sites to yours, and sell your models time to other sites too in real time, just like television syndication.

What we have learned though is that this in itself is not "The" solution. It gives your site more content yes, and it makes your site look busier for sure, but it doesn't do much to capture new customers if you don't have the traffic.

When starting a webcam site, there are 2 extremely vital things you need:

1. Super-Qualified, super-targeted traffic. This means no blind links, no spam, no crap.

2. Well trained, attractive models who understands terms like "customer service" and "salesmanship", and who know to go way way way out of their way to say hello to every new click into her room.

3. That same model has to understand the "girlfriend experience" (or boyfriend experience). That means communicating with the client on a personal level, being extremely genuine, and not stupid "Take me PVT, BB" bullshit. If she can't communicate with humans like a human, she's bad for your business.

4. Niche. You have to pick a niche, and you have to stick with it. If you like trannies, hire only trannies. Train your trainnies and bring them only super-qualified super-targeted tranny traffic. Don't mix Trannies with female content, thinking your male straight customers will enjoy a big cock surprise. The only thing you'll get out of that is a big fat chargeback.

A site that has just a couple of models can do really really well with the right traffic. No "filler" models required.

For sure having instant content on a new cam site can be helpful - congratulations on getting that, Dmitry. I would suggest reaching out to companies like Juicy Ads or others to help pair that content with the right kind of traffic. You might be able to setup some kind of referral program traffic for your clients too. Just a suggestion.

Cheers!

Right, with our innovative model sharing technology a model working on a single webcam site become visible on dozen of other webcam sites at the same time.

In fact, higher % does not really matter because actual sales and traffic is the most important for final salary of a model.

Indeed and I agree, Mark! We do our best to help starting a webcam site but the owner of the site should invest into marketing. And we handle technical side to make it easier for startups.
