That USA Vet was working as a rugby coach in the UK, I read, and probably didn't tear each those punks a new asshole because it wasn't worth the trouble.

But it is a good example of the racism and xenophobic behavior outside of large cosmopolitan cities. Same thing happens in the smaller cities and towns in the USA but the outcome of that sort of behavior can be injurious to your health or even fatal.
