Dumb Question: What makes a "hard link" hard?
Sorry if it's answered somewhere here already but I don't get why webmasters here are referring to backlinks as hard links. How is it any different?
Also, are hard links on the sidebar (or other part of the site's navigation) or in the content? (ie is the purpose of them more for exchanging traffic or for boosting search engine rankings)? Is it just called hard links because this is adult? Thanks. |
Hardlink is programmed in, <a href ... hardlink.com

Ah, OK, so there is no difference between a backlink, hardlink, or hyperlink. Thanks!

A hard link is a link which goes hard when alt tag is pussy.

It's "hard" coded manually rather than scripted link. :2 cents:

Hardlink: A direct linkt eg <a href="yourdomain">YourDomain</a> without a rel=nofollow tag
Not a link with nofollow or a "go.php?d=yourdomain" or "/go/yourdomain". :thumbsup |
