Adult tumblr clone
 

Hey all ive been thinking about making an adult oriented tumblr clone. as far as i know there are many many adult blogs services out there but i can't find one that feel like tumblr. i feel like Tumblr is the best for blogging but their stance against videos really rubs people the wrong way. however im pretty new to this indusrty and would like some advice. do you guys think i ahave a good idea or is it a bust. and thought or ideas are welcome on gfy leme know what you really think:winkwink::thumbsup:thumbsup

I think one already exists. It's called BDSMlr.com

I don't think it's gonna work good TBH...tumblr is already 90% porn, and for videos people go to tubes

Tumblr does not allow streaming videos on their servers for some reasons (probably because videos use up a lot of bandwidth).

BDSMlr.com is a good tumblr clone

Thanks for all the advice. I checked out bdsmlr.com its not a bad clone at all. But I feel like it's lacking a few features. Any other opinions 😃 id love to get more input

Soup.io is similar to tumblr.

so why not have both in one place?

I think it could work.. its all about the traffic.

Tumblr is great for viral traffic, if you have enough followers your links can really get spread around.

I think the trick will be moneytizing the site without having 100 pop ups and big flashy banner ads.

Come up with another way to moneytize and you could do really well :)
