i say people are people some are stupid and some are genius. it does not matter whether they are Americans, Africans, chinese, Japs

lets say 5% are genius then whichever country got more population becomes more genius.

this % or genius to stupid ratio can be different from country to country., but Americans are Genius.

That is what OP is saying as well. He is debating the amount of those. He is not saying that they are all either one or another.
