I did not get the memo. Did their name change again, since that is who I am paying the bill to now.

You didn't get the memo because, for some reason, they didn't want you to know they were getting acquired by Omnis.

I did not have good experiences with them in the past. Kind of shady to make those moves without alerting their customers.

I'm not getting a reply on my support ticket either.

I think most of their current clients are still with them out of loyalty, like me.
If it changes owners, I'm definately gone, too.

im not happy at the down time we have had and i still get the bill when there guarantee 99% up time and the last 30 days ive had nearly 2 fulls days down
