Haha but also commission junction, infolinks, revcontent, clixgalore, shareaholic, linkshare, outbrain, etc. there are plenty you can find with a search or visit your competing sites and see what they're using.

It depends greatly on the demographic. Try Clickbank, another way would be through Amazon's affiliate program or Adsense.
