Chaturbate Experts - What's up with these weird stats?
 

I'm relatively new with CB. Still getting a feel for their system. So far I like them a lot ? but these issues make me think I'm missing something important.

[1] My tracking code stats are showing dozens of codes which do not belong to me. As in the screenshot below, none of those tracking codes are mine. Are they from webmasters who signed up under me? Or perhaps other webmasters linking to my WhiteLabel? In any case, I don't think I've ever made a dime on any of these cookies.

[2] I noticed some time ago that the affiliate link at the bottom of my WhiteLabel is not MY affiliate link. It has someone else's affiliate code in it. WTF?

I've checked some other CB WhiteLabels and I don't see that link in the footer at all. Is there a place for me to disable that, or ?

[3] In my transaction file I occasionally see $0.00 lines like this: "July 15 2016, 20:49",35XXXXXXXX,0.00,0.00,,"May 07 2016, 20:32",US

Any ideas what a zero'd out transaction is? Chargebacks? Failed transactions?

[4] Sometime in January and February I picked up a two different guys who were each spending $750 to 1000+ per week. Every single week. But then suddenly as of June 20th, they both vanished. Haven't seen either of them in my stats since June 20. Makes me wonder... does CB have some sort of expiration date? Or if users switch over to Chaturbate.com instead of my own WhiteLabel, do I lose them forever?

As I said... I'm relatively new to CB.
First CB links went up in Dec. 2015.
Built my WhiteLabel sometime in January or February,
and started ramping up the traffic.

No help here but I have tracking codes I use to track my whitelabels showing up in the $1.00 stats but according to Chaturbate all whitelabels are set to 20% Revshare.

Just contact them and ask their support, you will get your answers faster.

Re: Affiliate Link - check your Adblocker on those other White Labels... if you turn it off the links will appear.

Naturally you probably have your own URL whitelisted in your Adblock settings which is why you see the link.

From what I can tell, each WL has it's own Affiliate Referral link... which is different from your global campaign ID. It's to track the Affiliate signups through that specific WL.

I never considered the AdBlocker being an issue for those text links. You're 100% right though.

Your thought about the WL affiliate ID makes sense (mostly). But it looks sketchy as hell. It would have appeared more legit if they'd left my code in the URL as usual, and tracked that info with a separate variable, "wl=" or something. :2 cents:

Finally, thank you for Steve's contact. My previous support emails were never answered ? that's why I came here. Perhaps I'll have better luck with Steve.
