Sext.Chat chatroom

Hey it is my first post. I have read here on and off for about 6 months. I decided to try and make a adult chat site, Sext.Chat It is turning out well so far, I think. I am pretty noob at web dev, having made only a couple sites before this one. I am looking for any advice, how to bring traffic, comments, or any help please!

I changed the room to open in a popup, which i think is a lot better. Any ideas the best way to get girls here? Should I go someplace and pay em to use it and go on cam? Getting guys to join is easy...
