Gonna suck having two highly public federal trials back to back, one for racketeering, the other a class action consumer fraud.

How can you film a commercial saying you hand picked people, then get sued for not hand picking them, and call it "puffery". He blatantly lied to get money from people :1orglaugh

It takes a HUGE amount of evidence to get class action status and for RICO charges to goto trial.

The racketeering case was filed in 2013 after Curiel had denied a request to add the RICO claim to the earlier consumer-fraud lawsuit against Trump and his school. That case also accuses Trump University of elder abuse because many of the alleged victims were senior citizens.

Trump University sales pitches touting “secrets” and “handpicked instructors,” his lawyers contend, are mere “puffery” common to advertising that can’t be used to argue there was fraud. The Republican party (and more recently Trump) has been trying to paint Clinton as being "crooked". Clinton has never been charged with a crime, no less has she ever been guilty of something. Yet here we have Trump who is being charged with all kinds of things.

Scammers label people anything they can to make themselves look better.

Trump labels everyone with a low brow tacky name and uses it every time he speaks of them so soundbytes have to carry the name in all quotes and soundbytes.

A man doing what parents teach their children not to do, is who Christains & conservatives are supporting for POTUS.

The GOP abuses the court system with Judicial Watch & fake lawsuits and the GOP in congress calls for multiple "investigations" that never give the guilty verdict they want, all to make Clinton look bad, becauwe she's THAT good, and a huge threat to them ;)
